Lenswood
Known for its high-altitude vineyards, Lenswood is one of the coolest sub-regions in Adelaide Hills and perfect for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay

Piccadilly Valley
This sub-region is considered the heart of cool-climate winemaking in Adelaide Hills, with its narrow valleys and rolling hills creating diverse microclimates.

Mount Barker
Slightly warmer climate compared to other sub-regions, Mount Barker offers ideal conditions for fuller-bodied varieties while still retaining elegance.

Ashton
Ashton benefits from its high elevation, which promotes slow ripening and the development of detail and complexity.

The key grape holdings are Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Shiraz. Over the last decade we have seen pockets of Gruner Vetliner and Pinot Gris coming out of the Adelaide Hills.
