Chateau Cheval Blanc is one of our favourite wines in the world. Located in St Emilion, Chateau Cheval Blanc can be traced back to the 18th century. The estate was initially established as a vineyard in 1832 by the physician and landowner, Monsieur de Laussac. The name "Cheval Blanc," which means "White Horse" in French, is believed to have been inspired by the white horse that roamed the vineyards.
