Founded in 1968 by Jacques Seysses, a former pastry chef turned winemaker. The domaine is now run by his son Jérôme Seysses, along with his wife, Diana, and brother, Alec.
The domaine owns 17 hectares of vineyards, including plots in prestigious Grand Crus like Clos de la Roche, Clos Saint-Denis, and Bonnes-Mares. Their wines are known for elegance, aromatic complexity, and longevity, often receiving top scores from critics.
Domaine Dujac was one of the first Burgundian estates to use whole-cluster fermentation extensively, a technique that enhances structure and aging potential. Despite its relatively short history compared to other Burgundy domaines, its wines are now among the most collectible in the world.
