Francois Cotat is a small, family-run estate in Sancerre, Loire Valley, with vineyards in Chavignol dating back to the 1940s. François took over in 1990, continuing the legacy begun by his father and uncle.
The domaine is just about 4 hectares, making the wines very limited and highly sought after.
