More About The Producer

Coche-Dury is known for producing some of the world’s most sought-after Chardonnays. Founded in the 1920s, the domaine is now led by Raphaël Coche, who took over from his father, Jean-François Coche-Dury, a legendary figure in winemaking.

The wines, particularly the Meursault Perrières and Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru, are renowned for their precision, minerality, and aging potential. Coche-Dury uses long barrel aging and minimal intervention, resulting in wines that fetch record prices at auction.

Their wines are often compared to Grand Cru-level wines, even when they come from village-level vineyards. Due to low production and high demand, bottles are extremely rare and can sell for thousands of dollars.
