Vouette et Sorbée is a small grower-Champagne estate located in the Côte des Bar, Aube, founded by Bertrand Gautherot in the late 1990s. The domaine is named after its two main vineyard sites, Vouette and Sorbée, which are farmed using biodynamic practices.The estate uses oak barrels rather than stainless steel, giving the wines texture and depth. and the production is tiny, making bottles highly sought after by collectors and Champagne enthusiasts.
