Vincent Couche Chloe Extra Brut NV

In Champagne’s Côte des Bar, Vincent Couche—vigneron and perfectionist—farms 13 hectares biodynamically across two terroirs: Pinot Noir in Buxeuil’s limestone- and marl-rich slopes, and Chardonnay in Montgueux’s ancient chalk soils. Deeply connected to each vine and parcel, he uses biodynamic treatments such as plant infusions, cow-horn manure, silica, and compost to express the full richness of his land. Grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted, with natural yeast fermentation and minimal sulphites, often in barrel, producing wines of purity, authenticity, and terroir-driven complexity.
