Bindi Wines was established in 1988 by Michael and Jo Bindi in the heart of the Macedon Ranges. The couple initially purchased the property with the vision of producing handmade honest wines. The vineyard is situated on a sloping hillside at an elevation of around 500 meters, which contributes to the unique terroir and microclimate. Bindi is home to some of the country's most precious Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vines. With cuvees produced by the extraordinary winemaker Michael Dhillon, the expanding range of Bindi wines pay homage to the important figures in this producers history and maintains their position as a beacon of quality from this region. The wines are some of the most sought after in Australia with the annual releases around May and October.
