Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey is regarded as one of the top white wine producers in Burgundy, known for his precise and mineral-driven Chardonnays. His domaine, founded in 2005, emerged after he left Domaine Marc Colin, his family’s estate, where he had worked for over a decade. His wife, Caroline Morey, also comes from a distinguished winemaking family in Chassagne-Montrachet, and they run separate domaines while sharing a winemaking facility.
