Domaine Hubert Lamy, based in Saint-Aubin, Burgundy, was founded in 1973, but the Lamy family has grown vines there since the 1600s. The estate gained global recognition after Olivier Lamy took over in the mid-1990s, pushing boundaries with techniques like ultra-high vine density (up to 30,000 vines/ha) and larger-format oak barrels for aging.
